We are excited to announce the arrival of our  litter from 450 Gundogs Tequila Rose JHR SHR (UKC) and 450 Gundogs Half Pint of Jack SHR BCAT DN FTN—two outstanding Boykin Spaniels who exemplify the breed’s versatility, drive, and exceptional temperament.

Rose is a smaller-sized Boykin with a fierce heart and a serious desire to work. She will push through any cover, anywhere, anytime, to retrieve a duck. Extremely biddable and very birdy, Rose is a pleasure to handle in the field and an affectionate, people-focused dog at home—cute as a button, but all business when it’s time to hunt. She has beautiful wavy-curly hair, tight curly ears, and striking golden eyes.

Rose comes from Dr. Watson Boykin Spaniels, with an exceptional sire, Indy, whose accomplishments span every major Boykin venue, demonstrating true versatility:

Rose herself earned a qualifying pass and callback at the 2025 Boykin Spaniel Nationals and was AKC and UKC titled by just 9 months of age. She has completed all recommended Boykin health testing and is CEA clear, EIC clear, DM clear, with hips, patellas, eyes, and cardiac all normal.

Jack is an average-sized Boykin with a big, happy personality and a natural desire to retrieve just about anything you throw. He is confident, steady, very birdy, and highly biddable—an enjoyable hunting companion who easily transitions into family life. Jack has curly hair, beautiful wavy ears, and warm golden eyes. He earned a qualifying pass at the 2025 Boykin Spaniel Nationals and carries the same health clearances as Rose.

Jack comes from HRCH KJ Just Buck MHR, one of the most accomplished Boykin Spaniel stud dogs in the country. Buck is widely recognized for consistently producing high-drive, successful hunting dogs and competition-level Boykins. His offspring have proven themselves in both the field and performance venues, including notable crosses with Killian’s Bailey and OTM Sabal Wren of Wateree. Buck holds both Hunting Retriever Champion (HRCH) and Master Hunting Retriever (MHR) titles, reflecting his elite working ability and trainability.

Together, Jack and Rose represent a thoughtful pairing of proven performance, strong genetics, and excellent temperament. Both are equally content hunting in the field, spending time with children, or relaxing on the couch. Their puppies are expected to have strong natural ability, high biddability, and the versatility to excel as hunting companions, performance dogs, or devoted family members.

Puppies from this litter will be AKC and UKC registered.

Puppies sell for $2000 with a $500 non-refundable deposit at 4 weeks old.

Males and Females will be sold on limited registration until all Boykin Spaniel Society health tests are passed not before two years of age.
